If you are unsatisfied with an item you received, simply email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required for all returns. Packages will be refused without an RMA number. Unless the product is defective, you must pay for the return shipping. You must print and affix the emailed label to your own packing materials, if you did not save the original packaging. There is a strict two-per-year free return policy per customer.
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
- In original packaging
- Unworn or in the same condition the item arrived in

Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging for shipment
Save all packing materials, and gift boxes that were mailed with the item. Diamond must be shipped back to us with the original diamond certificate (if it came with one), or you may be subject to a $150 certificate replacement fee.
Drop off where indicated on the RMA email.
The RMA email will contain the name of the shipping carrier (USPS). Please drop the packaged item at your closest carrier location.
Allow up to 14 business days for your refund credit
Upon receipt, items go through an inspection in our quality control department. We will send you an email when your refund credit has been issued.
Cancel or Modify an Order
If you would like to modify an existing order, or cancel please drop us a email at info@pygmaliondesigns.com. We will work with you to make changes to your order, as long as your order has not shipped. If you would like to cancel after the order has shipped, please contact us to obtain an RMA number and send the item(s) back through the traditional return process above, after you receive your merchandise.
